Mistakes and mispronunciations are fixed at no cost. The turnaround time for these revisions is determined by the length of the project, but will typically be no longer than the time it took to record originally.

Rue does what they can to always have a back up plan for interruptions and tech issues. But in the case of needing to re-record or reschedule, they take full responsibility of re-recording any lost audio and/or providing an additional session at no cost.

Revisions include adjusting to feedback, changes to tone, pacing, and direction. Two rounds of revisions are provided at no cost, and once expended additional revisions can be quoted upon request.

Rewrites of more than 10% of the original script are quoted upon request, and another session fee will be required should the client need to schedule another one.
